The Senator representing Osun East Senatorial District, Senator Babajide Omoworare has felicitated with Muslim faithfuls across the world on this year's Eid-el-Kabir Celebration, urging them to explore the spiritual sobriety of this season to pray for peace and progress of The State of Osun and Nigeria.

The Senator, speaking through his media assistant, Tunde Dairo in a press statement said "this is a period of celebration and spiritual engagement with God. It is very important that we allow the lessons of faith, obedience and sacrifice which season of celebration represents to guide our ways."

Omoworare went further to say that "we owe ourselves a duty to maximize the opportunities provided by God to seek his face and obtain his favour by praying for ourselves, family and not forgetting to pray for peace and progress of the State of Osun and Nigeria especially at this electioneering period.

The senator went further to call on the electorate to keep faith with the Buhari led APC Government in Nigeria, calling on the people of Osun to appreciate  the good works of the Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola led administration and allow steady progress by voting the duo of Gboyega Oyetola and his running mate Olugboyega Alabi in the coming September 22, 2018 governorship election to continue the development drive.

The APC led federal government and the State of Osun is determined to give governance it's real definition with fear of God, devoid of previous perfidious practices.
